Oakes, ND ― CHI Oakes Hospital is launching ePREP, a self-paced online program for strengthening, and improving relationships. This free programming is proven to increase dedication, positive communication, and trust in relationships.
ePREP is a skills-based program that help participants nurture their relationships in a way that will lead to more enriching, more satisfying interactions with the people that matter in their lives. ePREP fortifies and improves relationship by teaching participants how to:
- Recognize what often goes wrong in relationships.
- Stop arguing and get to the heart of conflicts.
- Talk more & fight less.
- Problem-solve to move past issues.
- Brainstorm ways to more fun, friendship, and closeness with your partner.
ePREP is a fully narrated online program that is self-paced and can be done at any time in the privacy of your own home. Participants often say, “I wish I had known this when I started dating” because the program helps participants set their goals when it comes to personal and relationship development and commit to making decisions that help realize those goals.
