Who We Are

CHI Oakes Hospital is part of the Midwest Division of CommonSpirit Health.  The hospital name officially became CHI Oakes Hospital in 2014 when it became bart of a strong healthcare system, Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI).  CHI then merged with Dignity health in 2019 to become CommonSpirit Health. CHI Oakes has been providing exceptional care since its beginning, and follows the CommonSpirit Health mission, which is:
